Consumer referral information.
Metropolitan Mediation Services (MMS) provides the service of neutrals to resolve consumer related conflicts. Matters can be self-referred or referred for mediation by courts, community agencies, Local Consumer Programs, the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, city governments, or others. Consumers and merchants are also welcome to call us directly and MMS will help to facilitate settlements to their conflicts. These can be matters involving rental or purchases of goods or services. Examples of consumer matters in which we can provide mediation services include:
In store services, such as dry cleaners or repair shops.
Home services, such as home repairs or improvements.
Purchase and sales of any consumer goods, including appliances, clothing, electronics, etc.
Landlord - Tenant matters.
Leased furniture or equipment.
